Founded by President and Licensed General Contractor Jeff Aviezer, MDH brings over 30 years of construction and development expertise to every project. Jeff personally oversees every phase of the process — from identifying and acquiring prime land opportunities, through entitlements, permitting, and design, to construction, finishing, and sale.
Before turning his focus to luxury residential development, Jeff built one of the San Fernando Valley’s most respected construction companies, completing over 300 school renovation and construction projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District — an experience that instilled a deep commitment to precision, accountability, and delivering on every promise.
Today, MDH partners with high-net-worth investors to identify and develop trophy properties in Hidden Hills — each conceived from the ground up with a singular focus: to create homes that are not only architecturally stunning but built to last.
